Houston made history at the 2026 BOMA International TOBY Awards, bringing home three International TOBY Awards — an incredible accomplishment that speaks volumes about the strength of the city's commercial real estate community.

This year's BOMA International Conference in Long Beach was truly special. We enjoyed connecting with our client friends, celebrating with the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (Houston BOMA) at their dinner on Saturday, and hosting our own private dinner alongside our co-sponsors on Monday evening. And, of course, we mixed in a little fun along the way — great conversations, lots of laughter, and memories that will last long after the conference ended.
